Why are you doing this?
Hi, my name is Jeffrey Lui and I am the proud founder of Paper Nor Plastic. I started Paper Nor
Plastic in 2005 and sold my first reusable bag from my home garage. In the past three years,
we have sold reusable bags throughout the United States. During this time, we have been
fortunate to have many companies request to have their logos printed onto our bags;
unfortunately, we have had to politely defer those request in order to place the emphasis on
the "Paper Nor Plastic" statement and encourage everyone to reuse their bags. To celebrate
Earth Day this year, we are doing something different. We have stopped selling our bags to
make a BIGGER statement; and for the first time, we are allowing companies to join us in
making our "Helping Earth" statement by adding their logos onto our Limited Edition Paper Nor
Plastic "Helping Earth" reusable bag. Space is limited and here is your chance to own a piece
of our bag that can potentially change the history of how we shop in America. Join us and
show the rest of the world you believe even the smallest effort (such as reusing your bag) can
make a difference for our environment.

Do I need to sell green products to buy a lot?
Absolutely not. Anyone...individuals, organizations or large corporations can purchase a lot as
long as we approve your logo and Web site. Show the world you are "Helping Earth." Let the
world know you believe small steps count and that we can all make a difference simply by
changing daily habits like bringing your bags to the store.

Why advertise on a reusable bag?
Last spring, San Francisco was the first city in the United States to ban plastic bags with a
hand full of cities following suit. Ever since then, reusable bags have been and will continue to
be a headline topic when people are searching for ways to be green. When you buy a lot from
us, not only will your logo potentially appear on our Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping
Earth" reusable bag, but you will have your logo and your Web site's link on our Web page.
Companies pay well over $100,000 per month for a one page advertisement in certain
magazines. Most magazines are viewed once and placed in the recycle bin (hopefully) within
30-days as the next issue makes the stand. Our reusable bags are walking advertisement and
can potentially last for years to come.

What do the Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth"
reusable bags look like?
That's one of the exciting part about this program. We will not know what the final design of the
bag will look like, but you can see the progress by visiting our site daily to see who has joined
us in making our statement. Due to the success with the current Paper Nor Plastic reusable
bag, we are keeping the overall construction of the "Helping Earth" bag the same. To further
help our environment and economy, the limited edition "Helping Earth" reusable bags will be
manufactured in the U.S.A.

How many lots will I need?
The lot size on our Web page is approximately 23x23 pixels and 1"x1" on the reusable bag.
On our homepage, download the PDF Lot Guide to help determine how many lots you will
need to best fit your logo's size and shape. Please keep in mind there are limitations when
printing on textured fabric. If your logo consist of fine lines/text, it is suggested to use more
lots to have a bigger logo.

Is the original bag still for sale?
The original Paper Nor Plastic reusable bag is temporarily not for sale. We want to create a
bigger impact on the limited edition "Helping Earth" bag. So join us with our new "Helping
Earth" statement; whether you're buying lot(s) or waiting for free bags, tell everyone you know
to help Earth and reuse their bags. For the rest of our Paper Nor Plastic fans out there trying
to buy our reusable bags, we thank you for your patience while we run our "Helping Earth"
program.

How did you select the Environmental Agencies for the $100,000
donation?
When we were brainstorming for the "Helping Earth" program, we wanted to come up with a
plan where we can make everyone happy, where everyone feels like a winner. Advertisers will
have a spot on our Web site and on our bags, everyone else will have a chance to get a free
bag; who else can we make happy we thought? On my desk were a few letters and
magazines; the first three environmental agencies we came across were: Sierra Club, NRDC,
and Earthjustice. Even though we selected the agencies, the winner will ultimately be decided
by the general public, who are eligible and participates in our Paper Nor Plastic "Helping
Earth" Reusable Bag Giveaway promotion.

When will the free bag offer and donation take place?
In order to give our free bags and make our donation, we first must sell all the lots on our Web
site. Once the lots are filled, we will produce a limited quantity of the Paper Nor Plastic
"Helping Earth" reusable bags. Once all the limited edition bags are manufactured, we will
unlock the "Get Your Free Bag" button on our homepage. Finally, when all the bags are
distributed, we will tally up the votes to see which environmental agency gets the $100,000
donation.

How do I vote?
Simply visit our site daily to see when the lots are filled; at the same time, see who has joined
us in making our "Helping Earth" statement. Once we unlock the "Get Your Free Bag" button
on our homepage, enter for a chance to receive a FREE Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic
"Helping Earth" reusable bag and help us VOTE on which environmental agency we should
donate the $100,000 to.

What happens if there is a tie in votes for the donation?
If there is a tie in votes between two environmental agencies, the donation will be divided
equally between the two agencies.

Will you sell any of the Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping
Earth" reusable bags?
All of the limited edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" reusable bags will be given free to
the advertisers and the general public. Once the bags are distributed, we will not manufacture
anymore nor will we add them onto our product menu for future purchases. Thus, making these
very special bags.
