About The Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" Reusable Bag Logo
Placement Program: Paper Nor Plastic, LLC. (the "Sponsor") is pleased to organize the
Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" Reusable Bag Logo Placement Program (the
"Program"). The purpose of the Program is to allow individuals, groups, organizations, or
companies (the "Advertisers") to purchase temporary lots on the Sponsor's Web site and
potential lots on Sponsor's limited edition reusable bag to make the statement of Helping Earth
and encouraging the general public to reuse their bags. Approved Advertisers will have, on
Sponsor's Web site for a period of time, their logos and a link on the respective lots
purchased. If, and ONLY if all the lots are sold, the Sponsor will have the Limited Edition Paper
Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" reusable bags produced with the Advertisers' logos. Once the
limited edition reusable bags are produced, the Sponsor will launch the Paper Nor Plastic
"Helping Earth" Reusable Bag Giveaway (the "Promotion"). The limited edition reusable bags
will be given free to Advertisers and the general public. If, and ONLY if all the reusable bags are
distributed, the Sponsor will donate $100,000 (the "Donation) to one of three Environmental
Agency; participants of the Promotion will help vote which agency(ies) will get the Donation.
Logo Placement Program:
Price per lot is $5,000. The lot sizes are approximately 1"x1" square on the manufactured
reusable bags; the lot sizes on Sponsor's Web site will be smaller (approximately 23x23
pixels). The minimum purchase is one lot, and the maximum purchase is the
remaining/available lots.
Once Sponsor receives payment and approves Advertisers' logos and links, Advertisers may
not change the logos and/or links, except from acts of any government or authority.
Once Sponsor publishes Advertisers' logo and links, lots are non-exchangeable,
non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Sponsor will not accept any links that depicts sensitive subject matter, including, but not
limited to sexual or implied sexual activity, adult images, mental and physical or substance
abuse, crime, or any other subject matter that would be offensive.
Shall any Advertisers later decide to switch their Web site's content to, but not limited to the
content stated above, Sponsor reserves the right to remove Advertiser's logos and links.
Sponsor will not issue a refund, and lots will again become publicly available.
Logos are only accepted in one color (black).
Sponsor is not responsible for any poor print quality or illegible text since small details can be
lost when printing on fabric type material.
If, and only if all the lots on Sponsor's Web site are sold, Sponsor will have approximately
18,000 of the Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" reusable bags produced with
all the Advertisers' logos.
Once the limited edition reusable bags are produced, the Sponsor will give them to the
Advertisers and to the general public. (8,000 reusable bags will be distributed to the
Advertisers who purchased lots; for every one lot purchased, Advertisers will receive 25
reusable bags. For example, four lots equal to 100 reusable bags. The remaining 10,000
reusable bags are free for eligible participants of the Promotion).
The Program and Advertisers' logos and links will be on Sponsor's Web site for a minimum of 3
years starting from the Program's launch date of May 15, 2008.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Program at anytime. In an event the Sponsor does
not sell all the lots on Sponsor's Web site and Sponsor terminates the Program, Promotion
and Donation, Advertisers who purchased existing lots are eligible for up to a 50% refund on
the price paid for their lots.
Free Bag Giveaway Promotion:
NO PURCHASE OF THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT OR SERVICE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER
TO ENTER. SOME SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS APPLY. A purchase or payment of any type
will not affect your chances of winning.
The Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" Reusable Bag Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only
to legal residents, 18 years of age or older (at the time of entry), living within the United States.
All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Paper Nor Plastic LLC, and their affiliates, immediate family members and
household of such employees are not eligible.
Promotion period begins ONLY after all lots are sold from the Program, and ONLY after the
limited edition reusable bags are produced. Promotion period ends when all 10,000 reusable
bags are distributed.
Once the limited edition reusable bags are produced, the Sponsor will unlock the "Get Your
Free Bag" button allowing the general public a chance to receive a free reusable bag.
The first 10,000 eligible participants will receive a free Limited Edition Paper Nor Plastic
"Helping Earth" reusable bag.
One entry per household.
Participants must fill out the entire entry form to qualify as an eligible recipient of Sponsor's
Promotion.
Participants understand that successfully filling out and successfully submitting the entry form
(whether by means of electronic or mail) does not guarantee them a free reusable bag.
All Federal, State, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the participants during the
Promotion Period.
Item(s) received during the Promotion period are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot
be substituted or redeemable for cash or anything with equal, greater, or lesser value, and are
accepted in the "as is" condition.
Participants waive from and against all claims of liability against papernorpalstic.com (the
"Site") and/or Paper Nor Plastic LLC (the "Sponsor"), it's affiliates, partners, employees, their
family members of their household from any, including but not limited to, accident, loss, injury,
death, loss or damage of property as a result of participation in the Program, Promotion, or as
a result of acceptance or use or misuse of item(s)/gift(s).
$100,000 Donation:
The Paper Nor Plastic "Helping Earth" $100,000 Donation (the "Donation") period begins ONLY
after all lots are sold from the Program, ONLY after the limited edition Paper Nor Plastic
"Helping Earth" reusable bags are produced, and ONLY after all the reusable bags have been
distributed. The Donation period ends when the sum of $100,000 have been donated to an
Environmental Agency(ies).
The eligible Environmental Agencies/recipients for this Donation period are: Sierra Club, NRDC
and Earth Justice (the "Agencies").
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. SOME SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS APPLY. A purchase or

The winner(s) of the donation will be voted by the 10,000 eligible participants of the Promotion.
Agencies are not sponsors of the Program and/or the Promotion.
